体操部
体操部の春休み②
2017年04月11日(火)
3月27日（月）、横浜女学院の体操部と合同練習を行いました。
今回はトランポリンも出して、空中感覚やバランス感覚を身につける練習を取り入れました。
みんなトランポリンが楽しくて、大盛り上がりでした。
ロンダートも床の使い方など細かい部分を教えていただきました。
また、合同練習できるのを楽しみにしています。
